We’re on Bridge Hill in Alexandra, at the point where the Manuherikia meets the Clutha. Two rivers meet. So do we.

House rules Bikes
The bike side of the house is the part we’ve thought about hardest.
What are the house rules?
- Quiet from 10 pm. Sauna, spa, gym and cinema close at the same time. Someone is always leaving at dawn.
- No smoking or vaping indoors. [Outside in the courtyard, away from the doors.]
- Shoes and cleats off inside. Dust and schist stay outdoors.
- Bikes live in the secure storage, not in bedrooms or hallways.
- Clean up in the pantry. No cooking on room bookings; wash what you use.
- No parties or extra guests. Only the people on the booking stay in the house.
- Don’t hog the spa or the sauna. Four in the pool, one in the sauna.
- Tell us if you break something. It happens. Hiding it is the only real problem.
Can I bring extra guests or visitors?
- Only the people on the booking. If your plans change, message us and we’ll sort it out properly. Room access and door codes are matched to the booking.

Eating and drinking
No restaurant here, and no need for one.
Where do people eat dinner?
Locally, and well.
There are multiple places delivering through Uber Eats to 14 O’Neill Crescent, including The Finery, Amigos, Sam’s Bar, Curry Culture, Fishtail, Thai Crom, SOULSPOON, The Flaming Onion, Kebab Time, KFC, Subway and Domino’s.
Domino’s also runs its own drivers, which is useful on a quiet evening when Uber Eats availability can thin out.
For a proper dinner, The Finery is only 495 m away.
For a late arrival, Night ‘n Day delivers until 11pm every day of the year, including groceries, hot food, pies, coffee and ice cream.
And if you’ve run out of sunscreen, painkillers, blister plasters or chamois cream, Unichem Pharmacy delivers through Uber Eats.
We’ll keep a fuller local food guide with distances, opening hours and notes.
Tell us what you feel like, and we’ll point you in the right direction.
